Archaeological/ Heritage Impact Assessments
Our heritage specialists at Ubique Heritage Consultants can be contracted to consult on, and conduct professional Phase 1 Heritage or Archaeological Impact Assessments as part of Environmental Impact Assessments required by legislation for any proposed development. Depending on the archaeological or heritage significance of the site, the assessment could escalate to Phase 2 and/or Phase 3 which could require the need to mitigate heritage resources and might lead to the need to conduct rescue archaeological excavations. Ubique Heritage Consultants will provide the client will detailed reports, guidance throughout the process, and consult with the client if any mitigating steps need to be taken.
